Here’s how to install the Windows 11 Full Information. Microsoft launched its brand new OS Windows 11 today. It’s been six years since the last version was released, so this is no small update.
The final version of Windows 11 won’t launch until the end of 2021, but you’ll try to build the first preview starting sometime next week, the first official opportunity sign for insiders looking forward to testing the new version On.
Since this is only the first build, it will not include some major features such as the integration of Android apps or Microsoft Teams into the Microsoft Store. Here’s how to install it.

Step 1: Register as a Windows Insider
If you are new to blowing up internal preview buildings, you must first register for the Windows built-in program through your web browser.
All you need to get started is a Microsoft or Azure account, and you’re on your way to signing up.
Step 2: Check the Windows 11 hardware requirements
Next, you’ll need to check against some of the new minimum hardware requirements set by Microsoft.
If your PC does not meet these requirements, you may need to consider upgrading your setup. If you’re not sure if this is the case, Microsoft recommends downloading the PC Health Check app to understand its capabilities.
Unfortunately, the app does not currently indicate which aspect of your system is in conflict, which is a cause for some frustration online.
What are the requirements? Well, your computer needs a 1GHz or faster processor with two or more cores on a 64-bit processor. It must host at least 4GB RAM and 64GB storage or more.
With a minimum of 8 bits in the color channel, the display must be at least 720p and no more than 9 inches. The graphics card must be compatible with the latest WDDM 2.0 driver, DirectX12.
Finally, the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) needs to run at least version 2.0, and its system firmware needs to be securely bootable.
TPM 2.0 already requires pre-built desktops and laptops, but many home custom PCs cannot support it. This will require some work, but Microsoft has not yet provided a concrete answer on how to deliver Windows 11 to PC owners.
Step 3: Install the Windows Insider Program
Once you’ve registered (or if you’re an existing intern who is already flying the preview), you can go to Settings> Update & Security> Windows Internal Programs and install the new bill.
If this is your first experience with a Windows internal program, you will know that there is more than one channel: Dev, Beta, and Release Preview Channel. The beta channel is the most stable, but you will need to be one of the first to install Windows 11 when launching.
